IBVTA supports vape stores for reopening

Today marks the anniversary of the country’s first ‘lockdown’ as a result of Covid-19. How unfamiliar that term was back then, but how quickly it has become part of our daily conversations.

The IBVTA team are today reflecting upon it has been an incredibly difficult year for so many. 

During the past year, the IBVTA has come together to overcome numerous challenges placed on the sector. Our members and their teams adjusted to working in new ways, and for many this included preparing their families for home-schooling too. 

We worked around the clock assisting with unprecedented numbers of queries to enable vaping businesses to operate effectively in a changed retail world.

Above all, the one thing that shone through was the spirit of our industry, going above and beyond to provide support and to ensure that vaping products remained accessible.

It is that spirit and determination which we want to re-ignite, as we now enter the next stage of recovery and the high street prepares to reopen.
